1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing listings, listing an item, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise using ggmarket, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Dispute Policy, Seller Policy, and any additional policies that apply to your use of the platform. If you do not agree, do not use ggmarket.

2. Platform Role

ggmarket is an independent peer-to-peer marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of digital gaming accounts, boosting services, and coaching services. ggmarket may provide platform tools such as listing pages, order tracking, payment facilitation, escrow-style fund holding, dispute review, support, and account safety features. ggmarket is not the seller of third-party listings unless explicitly stated.

3. Independent Platform Disclaimer

ggmarket is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any third-party game publisher, developer, or platform, including but not limited to Riot Games, Roblox Corporation, Supercell, Epic Games, Valve, EA, or any other publisher. Game names may be used only to identify the relevant game category.

4. Publisher Terms and Risk

You acknowledge that buying, selling, transferring, or boosting game accounts may violate the Terms of Service or End User License Agreement of the relevant game publisher. ggmarket does not control game publishers and is not responsible for publisher enforcement actions, including bans, suspensions, restrictions, account rollbacks, rank resets, or access limitations. Eligible orders may still be covered by ggmarket's buyer protection, escrow, and dispute process as described in our Refund & Dispute Policy.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use ggmarket. If you are under the age required by your jurisdiction, you may only use ggmarket with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that listings are accurate, lawful, deliverable, and not misleading. Listings must not include:

When a buyer places an order, the buyer agrees to pay the displayed amount and follow the order process. The seller agrees to deliver exactly what was described in the listing and within the promised delivery terms.

9. Digital Goods Finality

Digital products and services are generally final once valid delivery is completed, except where required by law or where ggmarket approves a refund through the dispute process.

10. Escrow / Fund Holding

Seller funds may be held for a defined period after order completion to protect buyers and reduce fraud. The hold period may depend on seller trust level, order risk, dispute status, or platform rules.

Users must use ggmarket's internal dispute process before attempting external payment disputes, unless required by law. ggmarket may review order messages, delivery evidence, timestamps, account-access evidence provided by the parties, support tickets, and other relevant information available to the platform.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or payment abuse may result in account suspension, loss of platform access, loss of seller privileges, cancellation of affiliate commissions, and submission of evidence to payment providers.

A seller must not recover, reclaim, alter, or attempt to regain access to an account after delivery. Such behavior may result in refunding the buyer, banning the seller, withholding funds, and reporting evidence to relevant payment providers or authorities where appropriate.

15. Platform Fees

ggmarket may charge seller fees, buyer protection fees, affiliate commissions, or other platform fees as shown during checkout, listing, or payout. Fees may change in the future, but active orders will use the terms shown at the time of purchase.

16. Affiliate Program

Affiliate participation is governed by the Affiliate Terms. Affiliates must clearly disclose affiliate relationships when sharing referral links or creator codes.

17. Account Restrictions

ggmarket may suspend, restrict, freeze, or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, policy violations, high dispute risk, legal compliance, or platform safety.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ggmarket is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. ggmarket's total liability for a claim is limited to the fees retained by ggmarket from the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved through ggmarket's internal process are subject to the courts of Amman, Jordan, unless applicable local consumer law provides otherwise.

21. Changes to Terms

ggmarket may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
