Affiliate Terms

1. Overview

ggmarket allows users to activate an affiliate profile and earn commission by referring buyers to the platform through a personal referral link or creator code.

2. Commission

Affiliates may earn commission on eligible completed orders referred through their link or creator code. Commission is not guaranteed until the order is valid, completed, and not refunded, reversed, charged back, or found fraudulent. Commission is calculated at the platform's applicable rate and is paid from ggmarket's platform fee, not from the seller's earnings.

3. Disclosure Requirement

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with ggmarket when sharing referral links or creator codes. Example disclosure: "This link may earn me a commission if you sign up or make a purchase." Disclosure must be clear, easy to notice, and placed near the referral link or promotion.

4. Prohibited Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates may not:

• self-refer (referring your own purchases or your own sales earns no commission)
• create fake accounts
• use misleading claims
• promise guaranteed safety or guaranteed ranks
• spam communities
• impersonate ggmarket
• use paid ads with ggmarket brand terms unless approved
• promote off-platform deals
• hide affiliate disclosure

5. Commission Reversal

Commission may be reversed or withheld if:

• the order is refunded
• the order is disputed
• the order is charged back
• fraud is detected
• the affiliate violated these terms

6. Earnings and Payouts

Affiliate earnings accrue to your ggmarket balance as orders complete. Affiliates who are also sellers can withdraw earnings through the seller payout flow. A dedicated withdrawal path for affiliates who are not sellers is planned and not yet available; until then, non-seller affiliate earnings are shown on your affiliate dashboard but are not yet withdrawable. Payouts may be subject to minimum thresholds, review periods, and fraud review.

7. Termination

ggmarket may suspend or terminate affiliate access for abuse, fraud, misleading promotion, or compliance issues.
