These rules apply wherever you communicate on ggmarket — order chat, support tickets, reviews, and provider applications. They exist to keep trading safe and disputes fair.
1. Keep Order Communication On-Platform
Delivery and order discussion should happen in the order chat. The chat is a timestamped record that support can review if a dispute is opened. Moving a deal off-platform removes buyer protection.
2. Be Respectful
Do not harass, threaten, demean, or abuse other users or staff. Hate speech and targeted abuse are not allowed.
3. No Off-Platform Solicitation
Do not ask another user to pay outside ggmarket, use external escrow, or share contact details to bypass fees or escrow.
4. No Scams, Spam, or Malware
Do not send phishing links, malware, spam, or misleading messages in chat, support, or reviews.
5. Protect Privacy
Do not share other people's personal information, and do not post another user's private details publicly.
6. Honest Reviews
Reviews must reflect a genuine order experience. Review manipulation, fake reviews, and retaliation reviews are not allowed. A review can only be left by the buyer of a completed order.
7. Moderation
Admins may review order chat and support tickets to resolve disputes and enforce these rules. Breaking these rules may lead to message removal, account restriction, or a ban.
