Seller Payout Policy
Last updated: [Insert launch date]
1. Overview
Sellers can withdraw their available balance to a PayPal payout email set on their profile, subject to review and the rules below.
2. Pending vs. Available Balance
Funds from a sale become part of your available balance only after the order's escrow hold period has passed and the order is released. Only available balance can be requested for withdrawal. A pending payout request holds the requested amount against your balance until it is approved, rejected, or cancelled.
3. Hold Period
Seller funds are held after order completion for a period based on your trust tier, to protect buyers and reduce fraud.
4. Requesting a Withdrawal
You must set a PayPal payout email before requesting a payout. A minimum payout amount applies, and only one payout can be in progress at a time. Frozen seller accounts cannot request payouts.
5. Withdrawal Review
ggmarket may review a payout request for:
- open disputes
- recent refunds
- chargebacks
- suspicious activity
- account or identity concerns
- policy violations
6. Approval, Denial, or Delay
An admin approves or rejects each payout request. A payout may be delayed or denied if funds are pending, disputes are open, fraud is suspected, the seller violated policy, the balance is insufficient, or payment-provider review is required. If a request is rejected or a payout fails, the held funds return to your balance.
7. Fees and Timing
Payment providers may charge fees, and processing times depend on PayPal and banking timelines. ggmarket may apply platform payout rules where disclosed.
