Provider Policy for Coaches & Boosters

1. Approved Providers Only

Coaching and boosting services may only be offered by approved providers. Regular sellers cannot create coaching or boosting listings until an application is approved.

2. Supported Games

Coaching and boosting are currently limited to:

• League of Legends
• Valorant

3. Application Review

When you apply to become a coach or booster, ggmarket may request:

• rank proof
• region
• experience
• languages
• Discord/contact details
• previous work samples
• explanation of service method

Applications must meet a minimum rank requirement for the selected game and provider type. Approval is manual and at ggmarket's discretion.

4. Provider Status

A provider permission is granted per game and provider type, and may be:

• active
• suspended
• revoked

A suspended or revoked provider cannot create or edit service listings for that game. Applications for a game or type you are not approved for will be rejected.

5. Service Accuracy

Providers must accurately describe:

• rank range
• server/region
• delivery method
• expected time
• solo/duo method
• coaching duration
• requirements from the buyer

6. Buyer Account Safety

Providers must not:

• steal accounts
• change recovery details without permission
• misuse buyer information
• intentionally sabotage an account
• use unauthorized harmful tools
• misrepresent progress

7. Refunds

If a provider fails to start or complete a service as agreed, full or partial refunds may apply, as described in the Refund & Dispute Policy.

8. Revocation

ggmarket may revoke provider status for poor delivery, fraud, high dispute rate, false rank proof, abuse, or safety risk.
