Refund & Dispute Policy

1. Overview
ggmarket is a digital marketplace. Because game accounts, boosting services, and coaching services are digital in nature, completed orders are generally final and non-refundable once valid delivery is confirmed, except where required by law or approved through ggmarket's dispute process.
2. Buyer Protection
Eligible orders may be protected by ggmarket's buyer protection process. Seller funds may be held for a defined period before becoming withdrawable. During the dispute window, buyers may open a dispute if there is a legitimate issue with the order.
3. When a Refund May Be Approved
A refund may be approved if ggmarket determines that one or more of the following occurred:
- the seller failed to deliver
- the delivered account or service was materially different from the listing
- credentials were invalid, incomplete, or inaccessible
- the seller attempted to recover the account after delivery
- the boosting or coaching service was not started
- the boosting or coaching service was not completed as agreed
- the seller violated ggmarket's Seller Policy
- the order involved fraud or misrepresentation
- applicable law requires a refund
4. When a Refund May Be Denied
A refund may be denied if:
- the order was delivered as described
- the buyer confirmed delivery and gives no valid evidence of an issue
- the buyer changed their mind after delivery
- the buyer misused, altered, traded, resold, banned, or damaged the account after delivery
- the buyer violated publisher rules after receiving the account or service
- the buyer refuses to cooperate with the dispute process
- the buyer filed a fraudulent chargeback after receiving a valid order
5. Account Penalties and Publisher Actions
Game publishers may suspend, ban, roll back, or restrict accounts or services based on their own rules. ggmarket is not responsible for publisher enforcement actions after valid delivery unless ggmarket determines the issue was directly caused by seller fraud, misrepresentation, or seller recovery.
6. Boosting Refunds
For boosting services:
- if the service has not started, a refund may be available
- if the service is partially completed, ggmarket may issue a partial refund based on progress
- if the service is completed as agreed, it is generally non-refundable
- if the provider fails to complete the service, a full or partial refund may be approved
- if the buyer interferes with the service or changes account access, refund eligibility may be reduced or denied
7. Coaching Refunds
For coaching services:
- if the coaching session has not been scheduled or started, a refund may be available
- if the coach misses the agreed session, a refund or reschedule may be offered
- if the buyer misses the agreed session without notice, refund eligibility may be denied
- completed coaching sessions are generally non-refundable unless the service was not provided as described
8. Dispute Window
Buyers must open a dispute after delivery and before funds are released from escrow, unless applicable law requires otherwise or ggmarket determines exceptional fraud occurred. Once an order's funds have been released to the seller, the in-platform dispute option for that order is closed.
9. Evidence Review
ggmarket may review:
- order messages
- delivery proofs and screenshots
- timestamps from the order history
- login/access evidence provided by the parties
- seller and buyer notes
- support tickets
- platform audit logs
10. Possible Outcomes
ggmarket may:
- refund the buyer in full
- refund the buyer partially and release the remainder to the seller
- release funds to the seller
- request additional evidence
- suspend or restrict a user
- cancel affiliate commission related to the order
11. Chargebacks
Users should contact ggmarket support and use the internal dispute process before filing a payment provider dispute, unless required by law. Fraudulent chargebacks, or chargebacks filed after valid delivery, may result in account restriction and submission of evidence to the payment provider.
12. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on PayPal, banks, or payment provider processing times.
